These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cleanflowapp.com and the CleanFlow service (the "Service") provided by CleanFlow ("we", "us").
01. The Service
CleanFlow provides automation tooling (e.g., missed-call text-back, lead follow-up workflows, review requests) built on top of GoHighLevel ("GHL") and related providers.
02. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service for business purposes.
03. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account.
04. Subscription, Fees, and Billing
- Billing is processed by Stripe
- Taxes may apply
Trials / First Month Free
If offered, trial/free month terms will be shown at checkout. The first month of the subscription is free (30-day trial), after which regular billing begins.
05. Cancellations

- →You may cancel any time
- →Cancellation stops future billing; previous charges are non-refundable unless required by law or stated in a written refund policy
06. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate laws (including spam/telecommunications rules), send unlawful/abusive/deceptive communications, or interfere with the Service.
07. Messaging/SMS Compliance
- →You are responsible for ensuring consent to message customers
- →You must comply with applicable regulations and carrier requirements
- →We may suspend accounts that risk deliverability, compliance, or abuse
08. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, LeadConnector, carriers, Stripe). Availability and performance may be affected by those providers.
09. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your use of the Service, including messaging content and compliance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
